Video: Discovering Abydos, Egypt

Video: Discovering Swakopmund, Namibia

Swakopmund is a beach resort on the coast of western Namibia, 352 km west of the Namibian capital Windhoek via the B2 main road. It is the capital of the Erongo administrative district. The city is situated in the Namib Desert and is the fourth largest city in Namibia by population. The architecture of this beach resort is an example of German colonial architecture. It was founded in 1892 as the main harbour for German South West Africa, and a small part of its population is still German-speaking today.

For any adventure travel in Zambia and Zimbabwe, discovering the Victoria Falls (Mosi-oa-Tunya, "The Smoke That Thunders" in the Lozi language) is the most important thing to do. The majestic Victoria Falls are the most iconic attraction in Zambia and Zimbabwe.

While it is neither the highest nor the widest waterfall in the world, Victoria Falls is classified as the largest, based on its combined width of 1,708 m and height of 108 m, resulting in the world's largest sheet of falling water. Victoria Falls is roughly twice the height of North America's Niagara Falls and well over twice the width of its Horseshoe Falls. In height and width Victoria Falls is rivalled only by Argentina and Brazil's Iguazu Falls

Video: Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya

We recommand our members to discover the Lake Nakuru National Park when they travel to Kenya. It's a great opportunity to discover the beauty of nature in Kenya.

The Lake Nakuru National Park (188 km2), was created in 1961 around Lake Nakuru, near Nakuru Town. It is best known for its thousands, sometimes millions of flamingos nesting along the shores. The surface of the shallow lake is often hardly recognizable due to the continually shifting mass of pink. The number of flamingos on the lake varies with water and food conditions and the best vantage point is from Baboon Cliff. Also of interest is an area of 188 km around the lake fenced off as a sanctuary to protect giraffes as well as both black and white rhinos.

Camel Trek in Morocco

Riding through Morocco on camel ? Why not ? This is an original way to discover Sahara Desert in Morocco. Many adventure travelers has ridden through Morocco on camels. They've looked like as if they were in the Indiana Jones movies. They also consider these experiences as an exciting way to discover Morocco's nature, especially Sahara desert in southern Morocco and the marvellous Atlas Mountains. They've also used to sleep in desert tents with berbers. What an so adventurous way to travel and sleep in Morocco, instead of always going to hotels.

Adventurers should hop on a camel back for any trip through the golden Sahara sand dunes at Erg Chebbi, near Merzouga. Spend the night in a desert tent, under the incredibly starred sky. The Sahara is also accessible near the town of Zagora; it's easier to get to from Marrakech but doesn't have the imposing dunes of Erg Chebbi. Somewhat less easy to reach but therefor also less crowded are the dunes of Erg Chigaga near M'hamid. We consider this is a great Morocco experience !
